OTA Management

Use OTA management to update firmware remotely.

Typical workflow

  1. Build firmware.bin locally.
  2. Open your device page.
  3. Upload firmware in Firmware Management.
  4. Assign firmware as a target.
  5. Trigger OTA check.
  6. Monitor activity and firmware status after reboot.

What success looks like

  • Device reconnects after an update.
  • Device returns to ONLINE.
  • Firmware/runtime values reflect the new build.

If OTA fails

Check:

  • Firmware file is correct for that board
  • Device had stable power during the update
  • Network was stable during download
  • Device had enough space for OTA
